The Baozt paper machine release agent spray system combines accurate liquid metering, compressed-air atomization, a traversing spray mechanism, and PLC control. It applies a fine, controlled spray across the selected process area and can stop automatically when machine conditions require it. Each installation is engineered around the paper machine rather than treated as a standard off-the-shelf package.

How the system works

  1. Metering: an electromagnetic metering pump supplies a repeatable liquid flow.
  2. Secondary atomization: the patented nozzle mixes liquid and air internally to create a fine spray pattern.
  3. Controlled traverse: the nozzle moves across the configured range instead of concentrating chemical at one point.
  4. Automatic interlocking: PLC logic coordinates the drive and metering pump with machine operating signals.

Designed for the paper-machine environment

Heat, humidity, dust, vibration, and limited access make paper-machine installations demanding. Baozt uses a stainless-steel body, protected cable-chain routing, high-temperature tubing rated up to 240 C, and industrial components selected for these conditions. The main assembly can be withdrawn from its support for inspection, helping maintenance teams reach critical parts without rebuilding the installation.

Travel speed and spray range are adjustable. Limit switches define the active area, while the drive provides variable-speed movement. If the controller detects abnormal travel, it can stop the motor and metering pump together to protect the process.

Application engineering before quotation

A useful proposal starts with process facts. Baozt reviews the target surface, contamination pattern, paper grade, machine speed and width, available mounting space, release-agent properties, utility conditions, and automation requirements. Photos, drawings, and a short operating history help the engineering team identify the correct configuration.
